This spec project explores how legacy consumer product technologies can be reintroduced and redesigned to meet contemporary demands for sustainability, durability, and responsible consumption. The focus was the carpet sweeper. A mechanical cleaning tool still commercially available today but largely overshadowed by energy-intensive vacuum systems.
